MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Ok, so I'm a little late in wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, but the week isn't over yet. I hope everyone had as good of a Christmas as we did. On Christmas Eve we had Erik's family over for dinner and we also opened our pajamas that Patti makes for us every year. This year she had matching pillowcases for the kids, which they loved. On Christmas morning we had a hard time getting the kids up and excited to open their presents. I set the alarm for 7 just waiting for the kids to come in and get us. At about 7:20, Spencer comes in and all he wants is a kleenex and then he was going to go back to bed. No interest in going downstairs. He climbed into bed with us for a few minutes and then at 7:30 I finally "convinced" Spencer to go wake up Ashli so we could go downstairs and open presents. The kids opened their presents and then we all hurried and got ready to go over to Grandpa & Grandma Hjorten's house for breakfast. We had a nice time at Grandma & Grandpa's house eating breakfast and opening presents. We stayed til about 4:30 and then came home and relaxed the rest of the evening, watched a movie and let the kids play with their presents. I took many pictures during this last week, but haven't had the chance to download them yet. So, check back in a few days and I will have some posted. I hope this post finds everyone doing well.
