We had a week of celebrating Spencer's birthday (or at least it felt that way). We had family over for brownies and ice cream on Monday night. Tuesday night, we celebrated his birthday by opening his presents. Then on Saturday, Spencer had his very first birthday party with friends. He invited 8 of his closest friends (and we didn't even invite everyone that he wanted too). Let me tell you, a house full of 5 year olds (and one 8 year old) is pretty chaotic. Luckily I had Erik and Tracy there, along with Ashli and her best friend, Courtney. Ashli and Courtney planned all the games and helped keep the kids entertained and then they walked them all home at the end of the party. They played Simon Says, Duck Duck Goose, Pin the badge on the power ranger, Musical Chairs and Red Rover Red Rover. I think everyone had a good time, but it's going to take me a year to recover from all of it. Here are a few pictures from the party. Hope you enjoy.

Cami - thank you for sharing many of the events of Spencer's birthday week and posting pictures. It was nice to see Ashli and Courtney activiely participating by planning the games. It's also nice that Tracy and Erik were there to enjoy the party, too. Of course, we can see that Broc was there as well. We send our love to you all. Mom and Dad in Idaho, soon to be Utah residents.
